Flight Simulation

Civil aviation has always been one of my favourite subjects. The simulator I keep going back to is a full-scale cockpit: overhead panel, pedestal and throttles matching the real aircraft. From cold and dark through the checklists it is the same flow as flying — only the sky outside is rendered.

A few aviation things stay within reach too: a Nimitz-class carrier model, COMAC pins and keepsakes. Not work — just a subject I am happy to spend time and money on.
