Out of office.
Into the field.
Project updates and measured numbers, newest first.
Below that: the bench, workshops and maker events in Shenzhen.
Jarvis voice lab: zero-shot voice cloning
Cloning Jarvis and MOSS with IndexTTS-2.5 on an RTX 5060 Ti: Jarvis speaks English, MOSS speaks Chinese, with six new takes, six reference clips and an online trial that reports whether the machine is on.
AGIBOT page: Lingxi X2 simulation scenes
A 4:09 chaptered reel from basic locomotion through fault diagnosis, ending on the real X2 Ultra beside its simulation twin.
MicroDuck page: Thor training and parallel environments
Two clips added: 119 seconds of training on Thor, and a row of MicroDucks stepping in parallel environments.
T800 page: real ramp walk and a sim stand-up
22 seconds of real-machine ramp walking, a sim stand-up front and back, and the policy/reference pair.
A LeKiwi LingBot-VLA v2 demo joins the B601 page
The same model on the wheeled LeKiwi base — 17 seconds of bubble teasing at original speed, with sound.
A local LLM on a Pi 5, cut down to 66 seconds
Five clips from March cut into six beats — hardware, loading, 18 tok/s, the model calling itself Anthropic, the car-wash question, the cloud model's review. Measured 18.15–18.42 tok/s.
AGIBOT G2 console: headset and desktop footage
The 1:16–2:30 screen capture plays at 2×; the page records the 22 joints, 7 cameras and 60-second auto-lock.
Strata: a 125B model on one 5060 Ti
Qwen3.8-Flash-Next running in 16 GB of VRAM: 74–110 tok/s decode in real sessions, 15.6 of 16 GB used.
R36S page hero swapped to a real V21 board
The hero is now a board I photographed myself; the flashing, fault-finding and buying pieces are still checked line by line.
